Reviews
Write a ReviewBob was incredibly responsive, showed up on time, set an aggressive completion schedule and met it! He figured out exactly what I needed and got it done. I'll definitely use them again.
Bob is very polite and very communicative.
Wonderful customer-focus from Bob Droog who quickly sized up my needs, quoted the work, and completed all phases with A+. I have recommended him to others already.
The service was fine.
My experience with this company generally is very positive. They provided a fast, reliable and satisfactory service. I will hire them again for my future siding projects
The work provided by Triangle Home Repair and Paint was horrible. I would not recommend this service professional to anyone. The work was not of quality and he is not an honest business man. When he left my home I felt violated and taking advantage of. If you are desperate for work to be completed please make sure step by step of what is being done is written on the invoice. Horrible Experience!!!!!
We truly worked hard to satisfy every one of this customers needs and request trying to be flexible and understanding. In the bid I detailed and priced out every repair that was to be made. the customer decided to leave out a number of items to save cost and than asked me to lower my bid because there was a wedding coming up from their daughter that was going to cost a lot of money. In retrospect I should have walked there and then but I needed the work to keep my guys going. Beforehand we had agreed that she would have the color picked out on the day that we would start. i had provided all kind of colors and options. She did not. Trying to be understanding I put every day 3 or more color swabs to help her make up her mind. in all this took 4 days until we could get started with the actual painting. i lost numerous hours of labor in the process, time that I had to pay for. I also ended up doing a lot of extra repairs that where not in the contract to make the job look better and I did not charge her a penny extra for the work. My customer has the right to her own opinion but to call me a dishonest is an insult to me and she has no evidence to back it up. As far as the quality of my workmanship We did discuss putting all new wood on the deck but the customer thought this was too costly and wanted me to re stain the deck. It does not have to do with my workmanship but I would say that since the wood on the deck was 30 years old no matter how many coats of paint I put on the deck (in this case 3) on it I still can't make the wood brand new. last but not least, instead of giving me this lousy review, next time please call me and we can discuss how I can make it right.
Mr. Bob came out quickly to assess the damage and gave a printed estimate of the work. He and Mr. Jeff did a great job of replacing my mother's fascia and soffit boards. They were very professional. I would definitely recommend this business to others.
Bob was very patient on the phone and arrived promptly. He was professional, explained the process and went to work. He completed the project and stood firmly behind his work! THANK YOU!
Bob offers prompt, courteous, and competent service. He is dependable. If he tells you he will call, he does; if he makes an appointment, he is there on time. He provides an estimate for the job and will listen to your suggestions. My husband is very pleased with his new exterior hand railing.
Bob was very nice and very prompt. He is a hard worker but the brick/mortar repair job does not look professionally done. I thought it would look better when it dried but it does not.
I will give you a call and see if I can make it right.
