        Date: 01/12/24
Type of Project: Structural repair on existing structure
        Architectural drawings: No
Comment: I would like to get an estimate for Engineer Structural I seek an analysis of my single family dwelling ( foundation with crawl space) and detached garage on concrete pad. My house is 20 years old and continues to settle. In the house there is drywall cracking and doors that don't close well. In the garage, the pads are cracked at seams and the pads are settling in different directions. Also the exterior brick facade of the garage is cracked in a couple of places. I need advice about whether these problems are serious enough for repair and, if so, what kind of repair is best.
