Bob built and installed hand rails out of 4x4's that are really an eyesore. He repaired the front porch steps at the last minute and that was a botch job. The brick patio was partially repaired. Broken bricks were supposed to have been replaced instead more bricks were broken. The hand rails need to be replaced, the steps cemented and the broken bricks replaced so the job was only partly done and some of it has to be undone and replaced. So it was a waste of my day and $980.

Bob was a real find! Every bit as courteous and friendly and professional as previous reviewers have said. He does quality work and he gets right to it. Grateful to Home Advisor for putting me in touch with him. Even love the name he chose for his business. Surface Technologies to me is inspired.
