Frank is prompt and clean in his work. My gas insert fireplace was not lighting up anymore. He did blow out the system to clean it and boy do the flames shoot out much more than before. I asked if he could lower the flame as the whole fireplace felt oddly hot. He said it was not an option with my model. This seems strange since it was not an issue before the cleaning out of the burner holes. His pricing is on par with some others I called, definitely not cheap. Seems odd that he can not give a receipt until end of day, I asked him to use his business card for that purpose when I gave him my payment. Upon further review and have for 15 min it is clear it was not dine correctly they whole area including the remote was so hot the electrical control box would not work. Upon calling Frank to inform him the about what happened the night before he got defensive and irate and would not fix the problem plus he started yelling at me and accusing me of being the problem, (stated he was doing this for 45 years and blamed me for a non functioning fireplace). Do not use this guy! Also ask for his Business license, before letting him do any work.

This Clint's unit is not designed with variable flame, it only has Off, On, and Pilot. it's impossible to make it do something that it was not manufactured to do. You cannot turn the flame up or down. The unit also was very corroded and full of dust inside the burner which obviously had never been serviced. It was clogged up inside. The set is now working correctly after the service work I performed on it. It does now ignite which previously would not do anything. Also, the log set itself is a bit large for the firebox that it is inside. You can't even put all the logs correctly on the burner. I explained to her the only other option she has is to turn down the gas pressure from the floor valve which will lower the intensity (BTU output) of the flame but also can cause the pilot to fluctuate or go out. This client also did not mention that I gave her a $50 dollar discount off of the original price of the overall repair at the beginning of our phone conversation. She had expressed her financial concern. I was trying to work with this client, but she just flat-out hung the phone up on me.

Frank was so good about explaining everything and getting my gas logs working. I was on a time restraint and he was able to come early and get everything taken care of so I had plenty of time before my appointment. Would highly recommend. Great knowledge and service
