Frank provides top quality service. My gas fireplace unit had stopped working just before the Christmas holidays and Frank responded promptly. He personally built a unit for me that was very similar in operation and performance to my very old unit that I was so happy with. He went above and beyond making sure I was satisfied. He came right on time....and I had just booked the previous afternoon when my fireplace pilot went out. The price was fair. While here, he told me what things needed to be done to relight the pilot, and recommended maintenance for the log set. He cleaned up everything, and my fireplace is working beautifully. He did not try to strong arm me to buy additional services. Would definitely recommend.
