Frank came out immediately and took care of both the fireplace problems we had. He was quick and efficient and had us up and running again.

Frank was on time, found a few issues with our gas fireplace, had the parts with him. He corrected the problem, cleaned up afterwards. I would hire him again.

Frank called back right away when I put in the service request. He came to the house shortly after he called. Frank took great care in removing the logs, protecting our carpet, and cleaning our fireplace and chimney. Afterward he rearranged the logs and embers, vacuumed up around the fireplace and lit everything up to make sure it worked and looked good. Great service! Will be calling Frank again next year!

Very nice company to deal with. They responded quickly and set the appointment up within 48 hours. They were actually early, which is a nice change from most companies running late. I would highly recommend them and will be using regular maintenance service in the future.

Frank Turner did an amazing job to get my gas fireplace up and working again. He is professional and takes pride in his work. He was up front with his pricing and feel he offered an excellent service and value.

Frank Turner, Touch of Class Masonry, did a great job repairing and reapplying some stone tiles which had fallen off from our outdoor gas fireplace (which were originally done by a general contractor). I knew I was in good hands from reviews I had read - and I was right. He spent more time on my project than he might have anticipated but he really seemed to care. I like that he even explained what he was doing and why. Frank was pleasant to work with, arrived 1/2 hour early, and made sure the area was spotless when he left. His estimate was very fair and despite the extra time at my house he did not raise the price. I will definitely use him again especially because he also repairs the gas fireplace logs too.
