my gas fireplace wasn't working...Frank came the day I put in my request, diagnosed the issue, had the needed part and had me up and running in a couple of hours. He knows his stuff!! I'd had someone else out previously and they didn't fix the issue, but Frank got it right! And cleaned the fireplace while he was at it. Highly recommend.

My Gas fireplace hadnâ t run in years. Frank was here and able to clean and fix the issue within an hour. Very good customer service and did an excellent job. Would certainly recommend to anyone looking for quality service.
Frank was able to come within the hour. Cleared my chimney of a very large wasps nest full of wasps when no one else would or could for several weeks. Left things as he found them. Explained and answered my questions. Very pleased with job.

This technician was a scammer. Telling me I need to spend thousands and thousands to repair. I hired him on a weekend because the vendor where I initially purchased was closed. I chose not to spend the money he said was absolutely necessary. He also attempted to scare me that my gas logs were dangerous. I called to get a second opinion on Monday, and they fixed it - no charge and there was nothing wrong with my system except user error (It was not lighting the pilot appropriately)
This lady is not being straight forward at all. She appeared to be angry as soon as I arrived and ask me not to park in front of her house or in the driveway?. Her attitude was definitely a red flag... I also diagnosed two gas units for the price of one, (she told me on the phone that there was a fireplace, not two) neither of them would come on and the 2nd one had rust throughout the burner, I could tell they hadn't been used in years? I cleaned and serviced both of them?. Both were old and outdated and I gave her a price as an option for replacement since she told me she was going to rent the house out for short term travelers? both of the units used remote controls and she did not have either so I then gave her a price for two remotes? she said she was going through a divorce and couldn?t purchase them. She was able to get them started the same day because I had serviced both of them. I did tell her that the one was unsafe because only 1/2 of the burner would burn because of the corrosion inside of the burner tube. Any experienced technician would agree that a vent free unit that's not properly functioning is a health hazard... I guess she was expecting me to work for free because of her divorce or something... And lastly, my track record proves that I'm a workman of integrity.
