Total Development Concepts installed windows for us and replaced all the wood surrounding the windows in the front of our house. Strongly recommend them. They were responsive, professional, and their quality of work was outstanding.

We are writing to strongly recommend Total Development Concepts, a group that we discovered on Home Advisor. We approached TDC with a general proposal, to recreate a family room in our basement that had fallen into disrepair and to install a bathroom. And we provided a tight deadline, two months. The team took our idea and ran with it. First, they very significantly improved our concept – redoing the walls and ceiling, and carpeting the floor. Second, they took a space that contained washer, dryer, furnace, and hot water heater, and magically added a full bathroom with everything else enclosed behind folding doors and the walls, ceiling, and floor completely redone. Third, they created an attractive hallway between the family room and new bathroom with flooring and additional folding doors to hide the storage shelves. They even repainted the steps going down to the completely reimagined basement space. The team not only provided an inventive design and kept reliably to our deadline, but they showed exemplary workmanship, and were friendly, cooperative. Bottom line: We highly recommend Total Development Concepts, Inc.; indeed, we cannot imagine ever using any other group again.

Total Development Concepts completed a basement renovation and did an amazing job. I had a feature wall with fireplace, full bathroom and all new kitchen installed. Their prices were very reasonable and the detail work was beautiful on the custom cabinets and woodwork throughout. They are dependable, honest and truly cared about their customer. I would highly recommend them.

Partial remodel of kitchen- painted cabinets, replaced ceiling, painted entire, some plumbing and electrical upgrades. Good work. More importantly, they worked around the schedule of the countertop contractors who were not so flexible. If not for the extra effort by Steve, this project would not have been completed!

We had a major leak with our drain from apartments upstairs leaking into lower office. Total Developments quickly found and replaced the pipe that was leaking in the wall. They efficiently patched wall and ceiling that was opened to remove the main drain pipe. i would highly recommend them Tony R
