Total Development did a fantastic and more than I had anticipated garage extension for me. As a consultant in the construction industry I look for two important Traits in a contractor. First is honesty: Mr. Cravotta from our initial meeting was very upfront as too what I could expect and was true to his word. Second: is the interaction of those doing the project. I was impressed by how well they worked together along with updating me and answering any question I may have had throughout the project. Again Total Development did a fantastic job. Mr. Cravotta and his employees were a joy to work with and they will be my first call for any future projects I may have.

This was by far the best contractor I have ever hired. I needed two enclosed bedrooms constructed in an open loft condo. The staff was always on time, respectful of my schedule, and courteous to all my neighbors. The cost of the project was fair and reasonable. The contractors were able to design a beautiful staircase to a loft area that went beyond my expectations!! I gave them free reign on this project and they came up with the perfect solution for an extremely limited area and floor space. Hardwood floors needed to be matched to old existing hardwood, and they did a great job with the match. Overall, this is a wonderful company and I would recommend them highly. It was an absolute easy and enjoyable project due to their professionalism and expertise at construction.

Cosimo and his team take extreme pride in their work and it shows in the finished product. The workers were there promptly and on-time every morning, and they were very easy to deal and communicate with and extremely professional, even responding to questions and concerns after hours. They were very respectful of our home and kept a neat and clean work space throughout the entirety of the project . The team worked from a set of construction drawings to reconfigure our master bathroom, with a custom shower installation, toilet relocation, drywall, framing, plumbing, electrical, and tile work. Even with some unexpected structural issues that arose during demolition, the guys were able efficiently address the problem, and finish quickly and on schedule. I am very happy with the cost and result of the project, and I would hire them again.

"C" & "J" were a great team. They were respectful to me and my home. The overall job is great. Attention was paid to the details, taking time to seal the smallest seams. We are very pleased. Clean up was done inside and out.

I never considered any company other than Total Development Concepts. Mr. Cosimo Cravotta was more than I could ever hoped for. They were honest and professional, and felt I was treated very well. The work has been completed to my satisfaction.

Great experience with this company. They responded promptly to any requests and completed work in a timely fashion.

The workmanship for the price is excellent. The on site workers are great to work with and will go out of their way to make you happy . They gutted and remodeled two bathrooms, and finished the work ahead of schedule. They are easy to communicate with, and very straightforward. I am very pleased with the experience, the outcome and the cost.
