The tree was removed and a new one put in place, however the tree is leaning to the right after have call top notch four time and was told I will be out to take care of the problem. The problem has NOT been corrected, Vender has been paid in full. And now does not return any phone calls. Wrong decision by me and base on my experience I could not recommend this company .

Customer was very satisfied the work upon completion. Customer called back 3 weeks later to say the palm tree was leaning. I explained that i was in the hospital with an eye infection and would get out to examine the problem asap. Before i could get back to look at the issue they disputed the credit card transaction and they were refunded the entire cost of the palm tree ($250). At this point, i ended all contact with customer. I felt the customer was not fair to me as they were given a refund before allowing me to come examine the problem. I do very honest and fair work but i can not work for free.

Chris is a very professional person who I trusted the first time I met with him. He provided his license and insurance for me to take to the board along with my request for a permit. Most contractors never show up again when you ask for their credentials. And, most of all the huge Washingtonians were removed with no problems and every piece of debris was cleaned off the lawn. Great job Chris and your cleanup man!

Very prompt initial call to set a time to give me an estimate. Good customer service with phone contact when delayed. Reasonable quote and did the job on day expected, although not at the time expected. Work was done as quoted.. Considering using this company on a regular basis.
