Top Notch Tree Company

The owner showed up very promptly to do an estimate. We agreed on the work to be done, the timeline for the work, and a price. From there things went downhill. I was rescheduled 3 times and the third time the crew showed up 6 hours late. Despite having reviewed the work to be done with the owner, the crew arrived without directions on what work needed completion. When I worked with the owner, I advised him i would be working from home and would be indisposed. This did not prevent the crew from knocking on my door multiple times to request things of me. I would have expected the owner to inspect the work of his crew or at least call me to inquire if the work was done to my satisfaction, neither of which was done. The canopy was not lifted on all trees as expected, the dead limbs in all trees weren't cut as expected, but I still paid as expected. To top it all off, I now have dead patches of grass by my faucet where I'm guess something was washed which killed my grass. I applaud all those that had great experiences with this company but this was not the case with me. Given my overall experience, I would not hire this company again nor can I recommend them in good faith.

We had a small delay in completing the job due to a misunderstanding with county collection department. The county was being very picky as to what them would pick up. After I reached out to Chris again it was taken care of. Still overall the cutting job was completed in a timely manner. The service besides this minor hick up was superior.

No nonsense. Quoted a reasonable price, did the work the next day while I was at work,I came home to better looking trees with no noise,hassle or inconvenience!

Clean up after was not as good as expected. Can't imagine bringing a crew of 3 to a job in the afternoon heat and not having any water for them or enough gas for their equipment. We supplied water but would expect a more organized crew. Came out same day and did a good job of trimming and removing bushes.

Prompt, reasonably priced, and a thorough job.

Chris and his crew came out to clean up 3 trees. Prompt response, gave me 2 detailed estimates, called to give me an eta. Very professional, efficient and great attitude. The wife loved it, thanks again! Would gladly use this company again.

Very prompt response. They arrived when they said they would and completed the work quickly and neatly. The workers did not stop until the job was done. I would use this company again and would gladly recommend them to anyone who needs tree service,

They showed up on time which is a good thing. I thought they were a bit expensive for the work completed. Overall rating about average. Not sure I would hire them again.
