Chris and his crew worked quickly and did exactly what we discussed and in a timely manner at a reasonable price. They cleaned up and hauled of everything. Very nice man and we would certainly hire him/them again.

After having so much tree work over the years we still had not found anyone we wanted to hire again. I posted and received a call while my screen was still up. Chris was in the neighborhood and within the hour was here. And the next day nine large old trees were trimmed to perfection and the clean-up was perfect. The cost was very reasonable in comparison to former companies used. We are looking forward to using this excellent service again.

From the pictures I've seen their work is very satisfactory. With that said TNTC's price was very expensive, $500 for shrub and plant trimming is the reason for 2 stars! My advice is to negotiate the price before committing to a job with this company.

They were almost two full days late showing up, blaming trailer axel problems. They did not do diamond cuts on the palms, making the result look very amateur like, and did not completely rake up the debris.
Response from Company:
We were not 2 days late for the start of the job, we rescheduled the job to 2 days later than originally scheduled. There is a big difference. I take enormous pride in the quality of our work and customer service and had the homeowner voiced any dissatisfaction with either I would have gone above and beyond to make sure my guys did not leave until he was grinning ear to ear. I walked the completed job with him personally and he voiced only satisfaction with work. It's a shame he waited until after we were gone to voice his complaints in his review. In the end, he is the customer and I am sorry he was unhappy with the work. I had to add this.
