They removed two sago palms from driveway area, I was satisfied. tried to make appt for other job and they cancelled three times. I hired someone else.

First of all I would like to sincerely apologize to this homeowner. He was an absolute pleasure to work for on the first job we completed for him. After completing the first job for him, he called me back to schedule a hedge trimming job. I scheduled to come out on Monday but I overbooked myself and ended up rescheduling three times. All fault for this issue lies with me as I stretched myself too thin and was not considerate of my customer's time. This is not a normal occurrence with my company but even once is too much. Again I sincerely apologize and I will work diligently on my scheduling and punctuality in the future. Thank you very much

They are a great company. I had a lot of trees down, they were competitive on the pricing, the crew showed up on time, there were 4 chainsaws going within 10 minutes of arrival and they finished on time. The only small criticism would be to have clean up the small debris that was left. Not enough though to change my 5 star rating.
