I hired a top-notch tree company to stack trees that I had cut down into a pile for burning. They were then going to come in with a tractor and a rake and level the property also cleaning off any unburned trees. The first half was completed however they never came back to rake and clean up the property. I now have to find someone else to get that done. They have held me up for about six weeks with excuses why there were not able to complete the job. I learned a very important lesson and that is to not pay for the job until it is complete. Education is not cheap.

As the owner I accept full responsibility for the way this job has unfolded. That being said, I would like to tell my side of the story. I contracted a job with the homeowner to burn two huge piles of pine trees that were on his property and to level the area after burning. I subcontracted a tractor to split the one enormous pile into two smaller piles then to feed debris into both fires. After the burning was completed the homeowner informed me that he wanted to have stumps, that were under the piles of debris we just burned, ground out before we proceeded to level the area. I agreed to return once the stumps were ground out and level the ar.

I had 4 large oaks and a large Viburnum hedge trimmed and pruned.Chris and his crew were on time, courteous and professional. The quality of work was excellent and he understood exactly what I was looking for. I'm going to use him again in February to trim some Crepe Myrtles. You can't go wrong with this company.
