Great response to my request for tree removal service. I had an emergency situation and sent out four requests for estimates. Two never responded and one gave me a call two days later. Top Notch came the same day and he was ready to go the next day to get the job done. He did a great job at a fair price and came back the following day to do a total rehab of my commercial property trimming up overgrown hedges and trees which was an extra job that I hadn't originally planned on. In addition to that , one of my tenants liked the job he did and got an estimate to do a major project at her home. I would recommend this company to my friends.

The work done by his workers Jeff and Brent was very good but the scheduling by Crist Byerley was not inadequate.. First day he did estimate he was late for 1 1/2 hours but he did call that he would be late. Today the work was supposed to start at 10:00 am but Jeff and Brent got here at noon and started right away but then quit after 1/2 hour to eat I assumed then restarted at 12:50 pm. I don't blame the workers I blame the boss who does the scheduling. The cost of the job was very good. All that needs improvement is the scheduling.

Unfortunately, as a family man, things come up that take me away from my usual excellent scheduling record. Although I work hard to keep things going as promised, there are just some days that nothing seems to go right! I will continue to work harder in making sure customers gets work done as promised.

I wasn't as lucky as a few the other reviews, debris was left behind. also late getting here to start the job. Over all a good job cleaning out and thinning the trees.. Price was good for me, got the work done and I didn't have to try to attempt to climb any trees. I will recommend them to others, and if need be I would hire them again.

Prompt and efficient. Discussed the work to be done, offered ideas and listened to mine. Everything went well and the crew cleaned up the debris from the job, even blowing leaves from my patio gratis. I would use this company again and recommend it to anyone who needs tree trimming or removal.

Easy to deal with. Good communication, on time as promised. Called me on the day of the appointment letting me know they were en route. Nice cleanup when all the trimming and pruning was complete.
