I have the upmost respect for what the water doctor does for softener installs. I needed the softener to be connected to the house plumbing system. I have a brand new softner system ready to install. My house did not have a softener to begin with. So it needed two things.The connection to the water main in the garage and a connection to the nearby drain at the washing machine. They were extremely quick to come by and quote the work. The their price was very reasonable given the other quotes, I got from plumbing companies ! They were able to come by and install the work less than two days after quoted and the installed, it took a few hours to get done. But moreover, I was really impressed with the work that was done. It was neat, cleanly layed out and i appreciated the professionalism of Hugo and his team from setting up the water softener and testing the fittings to ensure nothing was leaking.And then cleaning up every little bit of dust and debris. I Highly recommend using them !

Just had my system installed today and cannot be any happier. I found The Water Doctor here on Angi's list and I am glad I did. I just bought my first house and have lived in San Antonio my whole life so I know hard the water can get. First, Patricia came over to test the water and gave me information regarding water treatment that no other salesperson seems to have the same knowledge of. She went over every system tier, any questions I had, and the ways to pay and discounts. They are straight forward and honest which is how I like to conduct business. Install was scheduled within a couple of days of the paperwork. Hugo and his team was so professional and showed me the ins and outs of the water system. With the tier we got, we get a supply of natural soaps which we are big on so ask about that! I highly recommend the Water Doctor if you need any water softner needs!

We had a Reverse Osmosis system installed. What a fantastic experience. Freindly, professional and knowledgeable people. Amazing from the initial visit to the final cleanup. Explination of the process and all questions answered. Adapted the water delivery system so that there were no unsightly tubes or a messy kitchen. Will be doing more business with them in the future. With out a doubt.
