I went into Angi and was contacted by the Water Doctor. I needed my purchased water softener installed. They provided a competitive price and were able to schedule me for the install the next day. They came out, made some recommendations for the install and were completed with the job within 2 hrs. The install was done very well. The crew was professional and courteous. The install was great and looks great! I would use the Water doctor again and will recommend to others. Thanks Water Doctor!!!

First of all, I had four quotations before choosing this Contractor, Experience and Knowledge about what was offered, I made the choice to go with the Catalytic Carbon System there best and, I am very Pleased with what I got so far, workmanship, experience and Knowledge is what impressed me

The wife of the owner explains the product. Her focus was entirely on the reverse osmosis product and she didn't even mention the water softener aspect. No brochures were given and there were no product manuals given after the installation. I have no operation instructions or warranty information. I wasn't told the reverse osmosis water would only be available at the kitchen sink. I had no idea the reverse osmosis equipment would be installed under my kitchen sink.

Mr. Emil H., I am sorry you feel that way. We did go over all the information. I apologize if you do not recall. I know I speak fast and that might have been the issue. You are correct, we did not have flyers at the moment. I did tell you I was going to send the information via email to which you stated it was not necessary because we had a conversation to clarify the misunderstanding. The owner manual can be sent to you via email: the manufacturer does not print them out anymore. Thank you for your review. It helps us deliver better service.

Excellence from the first contact. The Water Doctor contacted me and walked me through their products, pricing and process. Very relatable and professional communication. We scheduled our install within 2 days and once Hugo showed up he was in and out within an hour. We had our complete softner system replaced and he talked me through how it operates and tested the flow and water through new system. Couldn't be happier...quality of work and price were both excellent. Thanks much and if we ever need any further work done The Water Doctor will be our first call!!!

I lost a fine water treatment system during hurricane IKE when I lived on the Galveston coast area. The water in New Braunfels is like rock hard water. We purchased a NB home in Oct.2020. It had a Whirlpool softener system that went bad on us fast. We chose the Water DR. folks to check out our problem and we are blessed to have made this decision. Our new system is very similar to the one we had only more advanced and better quality. Mega Stars and Kudos to installer and his office manager for fantastic service. Thank you also, to Home Adviser. Our investment is rewarding us with great water and also protecting our home appliances. VERY PLEASED!!!
