Truly impressed with this operation. I almost went with a different vendor but I am so glad I chose The Water Doctor. They worked around my schedule. They were more than fair with their price. They taught me how to operate the system and how to check my water. I know that if I ever have any questions I can reach out to them without hesitation and they'll take care of it. I was very impressed with the attention to detail. For instance, when they put my reverse osmosis faucet in it didnâ t occur to me to ask for the aged brass to match my existing faucet but Patricia noticed and my faucets match and I am so impressed! Thatâ s a detail that would have escaped me until I saw them side-by-side. I really appreciate them.

Great people, fixed some drain issues at no extra charge. Made sure I was comfortable with the price and what exactly I was paying for. Not to mention the Veteran discount they offered was appreciated. Hugo explained what was wrong with my old unit and how it was not actually doing anything to my water or helping my appliances. Once he completed and tested the water I could tell right away the difference and fell it as well. Great people and hard working too!

Patrica and Hugo were awesome! My thirty years of sales and customer service has me thinking I am pretty good in judging fair, good and great customer service. I found great in The Water Doctor today. I made the appointment intending on replacing a faulty water softener. They inspected our old system, did a water test from outside and inside, checked toilets, sinks and inside our dishwasher. I even did a washing hand experiment to get educated on hard and soft water (still kind of new to the area). The water test they did indicated our old system is still working at this point. It s not like the newer systems out there with lots of other features and they did not try to sell a new system to me today. I even got educated on why I should be using liquid or power dishwashing soap instead of pods! So appreciated to Patrica and Hugo for their time, knowledge and especially honesty.
