I had a great experience working with Tim to add a large sports room onto the back of my house in Etna. I had several conversations with him about what I was looking to do and then he put together a very reasonable project. I really like how Tim manages the money and the various contractors he works with. He put together a plan for me paying him based on the various milestones of the project, which then involved different people for the foundation, insulation, drywall, electrical and so on. This kept everyone on schedule and the entire addition was completed between April to early-July of 2023. I also had him put in hardwood floors throughout the entire first floor of my house. It is such a great improvement to the living space. Just excellent work and completeprofessionalism from Tim and his crew and the contractors he works with. True to form, Tim has stopped by since then to check-in on things and answer any questions I've had. I will definitely work with Tim again.

Tim remodeled my entire house, and added a two car garage. He did an amazing job. He was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. Tim took the time to make sure I understood every aspect of the remodel from getting architectural plans for permits to installation of countertops. Tim and his crew always cleaned up the construction site when they left for the day. All in all, I would hire Tim and his crew again.

Tim brought our vision for a large, functional, unique addition into being. He created a greatroom, office, and recreation room that our big family has been enjoying for the last 2 years. Tim was patient and helpful through the entire design and build process. He didn't treat our unorthodox requests as crazy, just carefully addressed feasability. We contracted Tim to build an 2 bedroom addition onto our 2 BR ranch home. We had him take care of everything except the painting and carpeting. This also included a new unfinished (but insulated) basement, and creating a new hallway through an existing room. An initial visit was done in October 2016, plans drawn up shortly after. A proposal was written up within a few weeks and agreed to. Excavation did not start until March 2017 (which is a perfectly acceptable weather delay due to Winter), and everything was more or less smooth sailing from there on out. Tim's part of the work was complete by May 21, so it was roughly about 2.5 months for the whole addition - which was comfortably ahead of schedule. He installed a ceiling fan and did some other minor electrical work for us. He was also able to install the hardie plank siding that we wanted around the front of the house for us as well. Tim was very professional and knew his way around the building code like no other. His subcontractors were courteous and professional as well. Everything ran like a well oiled machine. Tim was always available to answer any questions we had and kept us up to date on any developments throughout the entire project. Tim was great to work with. We added a garage, big living room and a bedroom. (Garage plus two stories) He kept things moving , let us know what was going on each week, and finished on time. I will use him for any future projects.

We contracted with T.R. Miller in March 2012 to build a first floor F.R. Master Bedroom, Bathroom and laundry room. In addition we had a new roof, and siding put on the entire house.
