    They charge entirely too much (30k) for a shower remodel after advertising a bathROOM remodel, lifetime warranty is nice but not that nice. They had massive issues with communication, ordering the correct parts, in short, their office personnel logistically failed. The install team itself was fantastic, very cleanly, very efficient, very friendly. The supervisor was very professional and was there everyday with his guys. The sales lady took about 5hrs to do the estimate which is insane. I only went with everything because I needed the showers up and running.

    I had 2 windows put in the front of my house and they are great. I Two more windows installed in my bedroom and they didnâ t replace the wood around the windows so I was not happyI called the company and they came back and instead of replacing placing the rooting wood they covered it with metal. What a stupid way doing things. Not happy!!!!! They should have started out by taking the old wood out and replacing it.

    Randy came over to fix my sticking windows slides & adjust bottom part of 1 window & insulated bottom part of window & also caulked bottom window, he did a great job & took a lot of pride in his work. Thanks Randy.

    The whole experience from sales through the crew under Jose puting the windows in and the way the company really is careful and professional in every way including follow up is gratifying. We are very happy with our windows. This has been a choice we think we will always feel was exactly right.
