    They indicated they could do my front door but when it came down to it they could not. This really added frustration that shouldn't haev been there so if you just stick to windows you will be very pleased. The installation team they sent was GREAT!

    Fred came to give an estimate on patio enclosure He was thorough. Gave detailed description of what was to be done. He was kind. Don't really know quality of work or value, as it is not done . Fred said approximately 3 weeks

    The sales people were great, but there was delays in scheduling installation, and one of my windows came with a broken lock that they havenÂ’t fixed. Other than that everything else seemed ok, I might use them again, but they certainly are not cheap, but they are better than any other company IÂ’ve dealt with so far.

    After initial agreement and money up front. It took three weeks of calling and finally getting in touch with regional manager to get any kind of call back and idea of when they would stop by and do final measurements on windows. Then after waiting another three weeks they finally started install and we were informed that they forgot to order the bathroom window. It would be another three weeks for it to arrive. Their customer service is very lacking and since I work in a customer service job I can most definitely say they need to step up their game
