They were very responsive to our project. They followed up with the status of the project, at least weekly. Their work was exceptionally professional and of high quality. We had a very short time to complete the project and they committed to completing it on time and within budget. Their subcontractors were exceptionally well qualified in their particular areas.

I was shorted 1 complete window by salesman. He was not cooperative in trying to resolve issues and was very condescending. He acted like the mistake was my fault but he is the expert and I relied on him to get the order right which he didn't and now doesn't want to make it right without charging me for his mistake

This installer was great, they are subs and are only contracted, we had new windows installed 7/18/17 everything was fine 22k$ Adding 1000sq ft to my house!wanted to get the same windows , called Statewide 10 windows were &12000, ok so we needed 1 35" x 35" they charge me $900 for 1 window, they thought I was stuck with them! I gave them a discover card , they charged $3600 during the 3 day rescission period, I cancelled the next day when I got that price. I had taken 5 phone calls and calls to discover to get our deposit back. Beware of this group, hard to get phone calls returned, Dallas based! Poor support in houston!
