THE BEST! We used this company in our last house. Moved and got windows that were supposed to be the same quality with our brand-new home. Not even close!! Wish I could afford to replace every window again. Miss you, statewide windows!

My problem was not with the actual installers. My problem was with the people they hire in their sales force and project management. Their sales force is inexperienced order takers. They do not understand construction. The project manager only goes buy what is on the paper he is given. I questioned the salesman's knowledge with the project manager before we got started. I asked whether what the salesman said was true and he did say that it was correct. Then I found out from the installer that what the Salesman told me was BS. That BS cost me an extra $2,000.00. I asked the project supervisor after the work was done why they lied to me and all he could say was that he was just looking at the papers the salesman submitted.Before you use this company check out a different reputable company. Find a company that has supervisors that can answer any questions you have and look out for your interest.
