They are good quality windows and their customer service was great. However a little pricey. The window latch broke after a couple months and it took seven months to get it because they claimed they discontinued the windows. How am I to get a lifetime warranty on a discontinued window? And 6 months to replace a latch. Scary. I do like the windows but I will not do this again for the other windows due to price and length it took to get broken latch fixed. Not sure how good the warranty actually is

Professional; prompt, cleanup after job completed; on time; wore a mask; several phone calls discussing the job and how it was going. Call anytime if I had any questions and had several names to ask for with details about my project.

I am sure the final product would have been nice but they came in WAY too expensive. $19,500 to replace shower tile and backing? Yeah, I am no fool. Then, when I explained that I was just laid off due to COVID-19 and could not afford that much and was looking for a less expensive solution, it became unprofessional. Mike stayed professional and generally nice, but Scott showed clear frustration and started taking shots at me. He tried several times to just charge it and pay in 2 years. I explained kindly that we have 0 debt and we do not want to charge this especially without me having a job for no telling how long due to the pandemic. I honestly explained that we could not afford that price and that I was going to have to do it myself or find someone else to fix it at a lower price. Scott was angry and kept repeating that I would be getting what I pay for (poor work for less $) and he implied many times that I was dumb for repeating the same mistake of hiring someone else instead of using them. I so wanted to tell him to get the you know what out of my house but I bit my tongue and stayed professional and calmly waited for them to leave. Scotts attitude when I declined was rude and disrespectful. He was very nice until that point and then he changed. Very unprofessional. Even if the price was right now, I would not use a company that he represents. After they left, my wife could not believe that I did not say or do anything to confront his rudeness. I am hesitant to ever use Home Advisor again if these are the type of people they are sending to my home - especially if I was not there to protect my wife.
