I had a few issues along the way but the follow up was great. They have a great warranty which was very important to me as this was an expensive endeavor for me!

Very poor communication, the concrete company that they sent to lay the foundation for the sun room did a great job, however. I now have puddles of concrete in my front yard where they clean there equipment. I call the company to get answers about the installation schedule without success. I now wish that I had not got involved with this company. I will be sending Home Depot a letter of complaint for that is where we met the representative.

Windows are expensive but they’re great quality. Salesman was nice but his presentation took 4 hours. Work was done well.

Good quality materials and workmanship, but I wish I'd done more comparison shopping beforehand; they were very high-pressure on sales and I think we didn't need to spend nearly as much as we did. It was hard to get specific information on the prices of various materials. They contacted us frequently before the work began, but then did not respond to questions we had afterwards.
