All went well except during the order process I asked them to quote a specific screen door style. They did not so when they showed up, it wasn't the screen door I was expecting. After 6 months or so, the screen door wouldn't close but they came to fix it. So far so good.

Longer wait than claimed. Not responsive and a bit unfriendly to one status request (anomaly?) Good quality and value. Some weak insulation caulking on install. I have already referred other customers through my network.

Yes.....but. This company provided excellent service and quality of materials. The workmen were friendly and knowledgeable, although they were contractors and not company employees. One of my requirements was they had to do the complete job, and not require another company, such as to paint the door after installation. They did everything. I only have one caution. They are extremely expensive! I had my standard front door replaced with a fiberglass foam core one, and my storm door replaced with a similar one. The cost was $4425.! It seems excessive to me. They were the only company listed by Home Advisor.

I hired them for a kitchen remodel. They did a lot of things well. The sales guy was very nice and helpful, dedign guy was great. A few areas where they need some work. At first communication was very bad. Did not have any idea who or what was happening or when it was happening. Someone checked in mid way through the project which I provided feed back and the communication improved significantly. Showing up on time was another issue. I am not talking 30 mins passed the time they said they would arrive. One guy showed up 3 and a half hours late which kept him at my house till 9 pm. The details and quality of work was lacking. These are small things. However, when you spend this kind of money on something the little things matter. Issues I had are as follows: I had old tile, which I was repeatally told would be removed so the cabinets would sit on the floor. Needless to say, it never happened. Instead, the cabinets sit a portion on the old tile and a portion on splints. There are nail holes, poorly cut siding of the cabinets which leave a small gap between molding and panel. I am told they will schedule a time to come and correct these items.

Our experience was not a good one. We were told it would take 4 to 6 days. The started on 10/10/17 and finished most of it 11/25/17. Multiple calls were made to the project manager about how long we waited for workers to show up and they never did. We were very dissatisfied with the staff and the quality of work. Not a good experience at all. We have used Home Advisor several times and have been extremely satisfied.

replacing all windows 15 in a home that i just purchased. the salesman/designer was very nice and helpful. will update review when windows are actually installed but for now the process has been very pleasant.
