Signature Heating and Cooling came to address one problem and ended up solving a different one I didn’t even know I had until shortly before they showed up on Tuesday. After they gave me my options we decided I needed a new heat pump. As I was only going to be there until Saturday I asked if there was any possibility they could install the new unit that week. They installed it the next day! Everyone was very polite and kept me well informed. Answered all my questions and went above and beyond. I Would highly recommend them.

I called 4pm on a Saturday, expecting to book something the following week. They told me they had someone in the area already and they could be at my home before 6pm. Wow...never expected that! Andrew arrived around 5:30pm and had me up and running in about 10 minutes. He was professional and took the time to familiarize me with the new thermostat. Very very pleased and would use them again should the need arise.
