Steve from Signature came out yesterday within hours of my request for service. and evaluated my system. and its needs. He told me what was needed and how much it would cost. He got the unit running to give me some cooling until he returned this morning, and completed all the work necessary to completely fix my system. Steve went out of his way to save me money and the fact all this was accomplished in 24 hours, on a weekend, leaves me extremely satisfied with Signature Heating and Cooling and will recommend them to friends and family.

PROMPT CURTIOUS SERVICE. ON A SUNDAY THEY WERE AT MY HOUSE ONE HOUR AFTER MY CALL 2 HOURS AHEAD OF SCHEDULE. SERVICE TECH WENT OUT OF HIS WAY TO SAVE US $. THIS IS A RARE COMPANY THESE DAYS BECAUSE THEY WERE NOT TRYING TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF US. ALSO, FOUND OUT THEY WERE DOING WORK FOR VETERANS WHO COULD NOT AFFORD TO PAY. A COMPANY WITH A HEART.TOO BAD MORE COMPANIES ARE NOT LIKE THEM!! JOHNRUPEL

The cheapest &Basic Repair Only was quoted as $925 which is almost $600 above the national average. As far as I can tell, they are totally overpriced. Unfortunately the unit quit during the hottest time of the year, the other A/C places did not reply and I had no information on the Central A/C system that came with the house.

First rate service! Customer service was excellent, response was extremely fast, and the work was appropriate and done right. The AC is working so much better and since it's 110 F in Tucson right now, I'm very happy. Thank you Signature Heating and Cooling.
