No proof of equipment install, company refuses to give any document, so I have no proof they did what they said they did.
I am pleased with the quality of the AC/Heating unit that Signature installed in my home, it is top notch. I am also pleased with how quickly the company was able to put me on their schedule, and the workers and scheduler were friendly. There were two areas in which I was disappointed: In the amount of time it took to install the unit, and the trash that was left around the work site. When I asked how long the install would take, I was told that it would be between 4 - 6 hours.) The workers arrived at 10:00am (which was within the given window of time, so that was fine), but then they left to get materials, and I was told that the installer would be back around 2pm. As planned, the installer came at 2pm, but was not finished until 9:30 that night. Around 8:30 I told them that we were early to bed folks and suggested that perhaps they come back another day to finish the job. I was assured that they would be finished in no more than 40 minutes. It was at 9:30 when they packed up, and told me that someone would need to return on the weekend to finish the job. I expect that the employees get paid well for their time, but the company needs to look again at how they are scheduling the appointments, both out of respect for the customer and for their employees. When workers are tired or rushed, that is when mistakes happen. When I initially asked them if they could finish another day, I was told that their schedule was too tight to squeeze it in. No wonder the workers felt the need to finish that night. As it stood, someone came on Sunday morning to finish the job. After the workers left we found trash that had been left on the ground and more that had blown down from the roof. While I am happy with the product that was installed, I am not happy with the priorities of this company.
Solved one issue, but wanted to charge big $$$ for a small repair that was needed.
The repairman was very not professional in appearance. He could not find two of the tools he needed in his truck because it was so disorganized and a third tool didn't work. He eventually accomplished the basic goal but definitely did not inspire confidence that he knew what he was doing.

Shane Gray was very nice right from the start and he got our furnace running in just a few minutes. He told me what the problem was and made sure that the burners remained lit. Thank you Signature Heating and Cooling/Shane Gray.
Jason came to my home to give me a price for new A/C. Had 4 companies give me a quote. Told Jason was thinking about replacing because of R-22 gas . He stopped me and explained what you hear on gas after Jan 1st not right. Gas will be available, just price going up as become less available. Also other gases at less price will work. Honesty that got him my business. He recommended the Brand they normally used. Told him I Perfered Rheem. All other companies wanted more for Rheem. He gave me same price as his brand.Came in much cheaper price and also included 4 service after included in that low price. They had great father, sons team come to my home for install. Very professional, clean and did install in 4 hrs as I was told. Honesty is hard to find.They even cleaned my heater for winter with no charge and fixed a faucet on hot water tank also no charge. THANKs you Jason and your crew. Fantastic job. Looking forward to doing business for many years.
