The technician was very nice but I paid $500 for him to scrub the entryway to each duct with a small rotating brush hooked to a vacuum. The vents were not sprayedâ just dusted off with the rotating brush and he even forgot one (I unscrewed it myself and took it outside and sprayed it off). He left a huge mess of dirt that had come out of the vent in the bathroom sink that I also cleaned. All in all, it was worthless.

I dealt directly with Mr. Brandon Johnson, owner of the company. I had a very pleasant experience from start to finish. I purchased two complete heating and cooling units. He stayed involved through all aspects of the project. Mr. Johnson clearly explained options and took a “no pressure approach” while at the same time delivering the best bang for our buck. The installation crew was outstanding. They demonstrated professionalism, courtesy and very respectful of my property. Signature heating and cooling is one of best, if not the best, veteran owned company I have dealt with.
