I like the fact the owner spoke to me not a sales person and explain what needed to be done if I decided to go with their company, he was very observant about the windows I had in the house the size of the the returned vent asked about the age of heater and cooler. Decided to go with them, the project was done in a day. Very impressed by the workers, I highly recommend, will let others folks know about this company.

They answered the phone. Made quick, positive scheduling decisions. Three large a/câ s serviced. Two parts replaced under warranty and in about 3 hours from first phone call. The tech, Stuart was a welcomed pro.very knowledgeable; carried the right inventory; fun to talk with. The price was great and we are cool again. Both Stuart and the company are strongly recommended

Signature Heating and Cooling is over the top on customer service. They were truly excellent in dealing with us. They spent the time to explain our options in detail and answerd every one of our requests promptly. They installed a unit that was a new model and we were the first in AZ to have it installed. That meant a firmware download which was done and the system works perfectly. I would hire these guys again in a heartbeat and recommend to anyone to do the same.

The options aren't available for "Air Conditioning". They will be replacing my entire A/C Heating System on September 13.
