Steve, the Technician was great. He called ahead of time that he was on his way, and arrived on time. He was very professional and patient, listening to all my questions. After his inspection, he explained my options with regard to cost, remaining warranty and the way service plans could help. He will be returning later today with needed parts, so I won't have to be without a/c. I was very pleased with his service.

I did have an issue with this company when they first came to diagnose my unit. Upon being made aware of my concerns, the owner Brandon did his utmost to make the situation right. He presented corrective actions that will address the root cause of the issue we had. I appreciate his customer service and his willingness to address the problem. Due to his action, I am changing this review from 1 star to 4.

Never installed the drain line, did not leave the nearly new --old-- motor, have not received a final paid in full receipt. The people seemed nice but.

They were very quick to fit me into there schedule. Justin was very knowledgeable and stayed until the job was done. Something I thought was an easy fix turned out not to be. Definitely would use them again.
