Very prompt at responding -- actually called twice while no other companies called. The low rating was due to not completing a request, leaving bulb shards and debris in bathroom, and lastly, changing out a bathroom light fixture and not putting the lightbulbs in so when I went to bed that night, I had to find bulbs to place in it to have light.

ONE GUY CAME AND IT TOOK HIM 8 HOURS, HE DID A GREAT JOB. WE WIRED OUR GARAGE, AND PUT 6 OUTLETS AROUND THE FOUNDATION ALL THE WAY AROUND THE OUTSIDE OF THE HOUSE. I HAVE OUTLETS EVERYWHERE NOW. GOOD JOB
