I was amazed that they fit me into their schedule within the same week that I called to make the appointment. The electrician showed up on time and maintained excellent communication throughout the project. The final bill was exactly the same dollar amount as the initial quote. The workmanship was top notch.

Completed the work quickly. Communication was great and while the work wasn't complicated, explained what went into his decision process on choosing the fixtures he brought for the project. All around great experience.

I thought the workmanship was great the time it took to install the new light fixture and medicine chest was a little long, since I was being charged by the hour I felt I was overcharged.

John the owner of Service Electric Northwest was prompt in his response to my inquiry. Had an employee bid the job the next day and work was sceduled and completed within a week. The quality and scope of the work exceeded expectations. However, John has proven to be completely unresponsive to my request to provide a final invoice and receipt of payment, both of which are standard business practice. When scheduling the job he specifically stated to let him know if I had any questions. I responded via email with a brief list of questions to clarify exactly what work was be done and received no response. So I had my husband call to follow up on my questions and he immediately received the information we needed. While the work was prompt and of above adequate quality, John's customer service was grossly lacking and for this I would absolutely NOT reccomend Service Electric Northwest, especially for a woman looking for electrical home repairs. Update: The day after this review was originally posted an office person sent out a final invoice and receipt of payment. It took a week, who knows perhaps a bookkeeper is only in once a week. Quality work was completed at a reasonable cost. Follow up to request for final invoice did eventually occur.

Ease of the whole situation and how quickly it all happen is what I appreciated the most. Price was almost 1/2 of what a competitor wanted and was done a week before they could get to me. Work was done quickly with no muss and no fuss. Very pleased with results, I ll call on them again!

I was called promptly. I was able to get an appointment the very next day, and the service was done quickly and well. I will definitely call them in the future if I need electrical work.

Great company, good work! I knew the work I wanted done, and I explained it well. Just be prepared that the electrician may have to go to a supply store to get parts. That made the price higher. Next time, I think I would get an in person estimate to try to avoid the extra 30 minutes of labor or so to get parts. Otherwise, very pleased with the work and communication.
