The owner told me he would have a man come out who would call me first to tell me when he was coming to my house. Apparently he did not tell his worker to do this though and he just showed up . Nonetheless, once he arrived, he went right to work and finished quickly. In fact, he had enough time left to replace an old outside security flood light with a new one, I have had sitting on a shelf for at least 6 months, ready to be installed.

Great work! The Electrician was right on time and did the work in a hour and half. And when I made the call to the office to make the appointment the gentleman on the other end of the line was very courteous.

Service by Rick was above and beyond expectations. Problem also involved the need to buy a new light fixture which he did for me in timely manner. Disposed of old fixture. I would recommend Service Electric NW without any reservations!
