Ramiro is a very skilled plumber. We called him during a water emergency when a plumbing pipe leaked to flood one of our rooms. Ramiro arrived promptly and was able to address the issue very effectively. He explained the repairs clearly, and executed the job both cleanly and most efficiently. I actually did not need a repair, but needed the pilot light relit (there wasn't an option for 'other' on your list). The relight provided me with hot water after a day without any, which pleased me very much.
