Ramiro replaced the water heater and installed a pot filler faucet. He gave us a reasonable price and didnâ t add any extras. He installed safeties that the previous installation didnâ t have. He and his helper were very professional, and they cleaned up the work areas. We will be calling him about every 18 months to service the unit.

Initially used for estimate to replace 2 water heaters. After 3 estimates I decided heaters didnâ t need to be replaced. Ram CT owner Ramiro Cerda agreed with my decision. Based on that I decided to hire him to replace 4 lavatory pop-ups and one bathtub drain. His bid was fair and he did an excellent job. He encountered issue with tub drain that required him to create a small door access for the repair. He carefully sawed thru a bedroom gypsum wall, finished repair of the drain, drove to Home Depot and purchased a door and came back and neatly installed the door. Other than ask for reimbursement for the door he honored his initial quote. We will be using Ram CT as our plumber in the future

Ramiro did a thorough assessment and did a great job on the repairs. He was prompt and arrived first thing in the morning so our problem did not wait all weekend. He’s very friendly and hard-working.

Ramiro was very quick to respond. He came out almost immediately and shut the water off which saved us from further damage and from running up the water bill any further. The next day, he came out early and turned it on so we could shower before starting the work. Exceptional customer service.

After being quoted much higher, I spoke with Ramiro and he walked me through the process of what he was going to do to remedy my plumbing issue and gave me a very reasonable quote. Customer focus was 100% on point and he took a lot less time than what others had projected. Very likable chap. Will use him and recommend him for all plumbing projects moving forward.
