These gentlemen are AWESOME! My hubby is a hard man to please, but he is truly, truly happy with the install. We will be having our guest bathroom done also and we will be requesting Randy and Henry. "Jason and his team are awesome to work with. My wife and I purchased a home in Oak Forest that needed to be painted (inside and out), updated fixtures/hardware, and redid the entire kitchen. Jason is responsive, accountable, professional, transparent, and creative. We ran into an issue with the backsplash and how it was installed and he didn t hesitate to listen to our concern and fix it. "Pablo Torres provided the estimate and described the method for completing the repair of my damaged brick. His estimate was not the only one I had gotten, but his plan for the repair work (removal and replacement) seemed the best way to go. He kept in contact with me, showed up at the agreed time and day, and honored his quote. He was very professional in the work he did and took the time to answer any and all questions I had. He was very efficient, but did not rush the job, and did the work in the manner he had described. The work was done yesterday, so I will comment in a later post about it is durability. However, at this time, I have high confidence that the repairs will preform as promised, and I highly recommend this young man and Torres Masonry Masters for any masonry work needed. In addition to the brick repair (area of about 2ft by 5ft, yes, I backed into my own garage), Pablo took the time to inspect the entire house and fill in any small japs or holes in joints. At my request, he also gave me estimates for some future projects I am considering. I am very confident that I will select Torres Masonry Masters for my future projects and recommend that my neighbors do so as well. (Jan 13,2024) It is now 7 days after the work was completed and I am updating my review. I stand by my previous comments. The repair looks fine and seems solid. The mortar has lightened somewhat as it cures and Pablo mentioned that overtime it would continue to do so. Therefore I continue to give him a FIVE Star rating for the work he did. Thank you."

"Mat does an excellent job and is a pleasure to work with. He is a perfectionist, so he makes sure it's right. He did exactly what we wanted--communication was spectacular. He tore out both of our old plastic tub/shower combos and installed a tub with gorgeous till work in our guest bath, and then turned our master tub/shower into a beautiful and luxurious walk-in shower. We asked him to put lights in the showers, and he did. It's so hard to find talented carpenters today who won't also try to take you to the cleaners. Mat is the best and is worth MORE than he charges. We can't wait until we are able to redo our kitchen. We will definitely be calling him!!"
