"First, I appreciated the format of his bid. It was itemized and stated in language that I could understand. Second, when I contacted him to let him know his bid was selected, he was quick to respond and get me on his calendar. There were a team of three. They worked quietly and quickly. Clearing their work space and carefully covering my belongings to protect from damage. When I had questions, Miguel took the time to answer thoroughly before returning to his task. What really impressed me was Miguel noticed a couple of things that were not written in the contract, nor did I request them to be tended to. As time progressed, he noticed the attic access door needed to be painted, so he took care of it. And there was trim in the hall he took care of painting that also was not in the contract. And finally above the fireplace was an issue that needed retaping and painting. As a customer I greatly appreciate his attention to detail. There was no nickel and diming. It was just good customer service."

The did several projects on two houses I own which included, varnishing a front door, sanding interior doors and repainting them that my pug damaged, building additional shelves in my bookcase, and removing the carpet on my stairs and installing a wood staircase and staining the stairs to match my floors. "Mr. Brian & Ms. Cathy are the real deal. Very professional, very courteous and did a fantastic job with our painting project. My wife and I had a vision of what we wanted it to look like. It looks just as we envisioned. First Brian pressure washed the side of the house that faces the lake and railings around the deck. There were dead bugs stuck to the side of the house that were hard to remove but Brian stuck with it (no pun intended) and got it done. Brian painted the hardy plank on the exterior wall of our house while his wife, Cathy painted the handrails along the upstairs wood deck stairs. Matched the exterior wall perfect with the rest of the house. Painted the railings and the trim white. After Brian finished painting the exterior wall, he helped Cathy paint the railings and trim. This is all that was in our budget right now. We will definitely call them back at a later date to paint the rest of the house. Pricing was very reasonable and I enjoyed being here while they worked. I caught a few catfish and fried them up to share with them for lunch. Brian even cleaned the fish for me. LOL. I would highly recommend Brian and Cathy Verrett. It is so nice to see a husband and wife team who works so well together."

Our build met lots if "hiccups" where required underpinning had not been done to the patio. Matt built us a large covered patio with cedar posts and beams, cathedral ceiling all in oiled pine, wall with a stable door shipped specifically from England, Austin stone fireplace with cedar beam and large gas fire place, grills, BBQ, sink, refrigeration etc all with granite tops and splashback, granite shelf atop of the pony walls surrounding the BBQ area and finished with a beautiful Travertine floor. The existing roof came off and Matt took the asphalt tiles off back to the house and replaced them all to ensure quality continuity to the aesthetics of the build Do not be put off by the company name, there is nothing "Budget" about them! Highly skilled, high quality work from a very knowledgeable young builder at a very fair price! I am so very glad Matt is young, it means he will be my builder of choice for years to come. Thank you."
