Not only that, but what I thought was an insular issue, was discovered to be more. This is not the norm at all. People do projects, then after completion, charge and leave. The job was done thoroughly and with precision to prevent any future issues. This was the key for me. In addition to this, Gamielel stayed at my home late into the night to fully complete the job and test the system, despite him having to get up early for another job out of the city the following day. He and his helper were very professional, and they cleaned up the work areas. We will be calling him about every 18 months to service the unit."
