They did a great job on the roof replacement and we were very happy with the over all level of customer service. The owner takes pride in his work and you can trust them to do the job right. I would definitely recommend Q&R to other friends and family.

When it came to professionalism and punctuality, he was on point. I got an immediate response with my initial inquiry, a quick estimate, and the job was finished within a two week window. He showed up on time, did a great job with the installation, and we are happy with the end result. We got some cheaper estimates overall, so the high price was my only glitch. However, he did everything for us, from purchasing the doors to removing the garbage and fixing the trim. Other contractors wanted us to buy the door and they would just install it. It was worth the extra money to have it all done hassle free.

The workers were there first thing in the morning on the day scheduled and worked without stopping until my roof was covered with felt paper. After a short break for lunch, they were back to work and finished ahead of schedule. Everything was cleaned up and removed by end of day. They even redid the roof over our bay window to match the house. They went above and beyond! Quality work done by quality workers!

Would definitely reccomend Bob for any construction or door replacement work anyone needs. Great guy to deal with, extremly neat and flexible. Hard to find someone you can trust and Bor guy...
