    They did a good job on the sheetrock and pipe installation, also painting was good. The hose bib pipe extends further than the original did not sure if this will be a problem in the future. They replaced the floor with coretech plus vinyl tile, it cost me $1045. Apparently they did not know how to install this tile. The joints look bad and I would have had it installed by Avalon if they had said it would be a problem for them. They put down quarter round on half the molding of the room and not the other half (why?). I would not use them again! There was no discussion regarding the floor being leveled before laying the tile. Roberts response to the floor is not true.

    We are truly sorry to see this type of rating. The truth of the matter is we did want to level the floor but the homeowner did not want us to. There is no doubt that the floor needed leveling, We even offered to carpet the affected area, at no charge. If anyone has any questions or concerns, we would more han happy to provide all supporting documentation in regards to this project.

    Larry was excellent to work with. After having tried to call / get responses from at least 5 others, Larry was a breath of fresh air. Incredibly responsive, polite, proactive, went the extra mile, and was extremely helpful. Would highly recommend. Thank you, Larry -- really enjoyed working with you.
