Installed storm door . I liKe the door

It was like a breath of fresh air working with Robert. He was reliable and friendly. We hired Q & R for a few jobs and were satisfied with the outcome.

Robert and his crew showed up, did the work requested then cleaned up very well after project completion. I'm very pleased with their work. I will use them again if something else comes up, and I will recommend Q&R Home Improvements to others.

Used QR before for interior doors decided to use again for additional doors. Sorry I did. I explained I was putting the house up for sale and needed all sorts of work in general conversation. He stated his crew could do it all. Needed walls repaired (where needed) and patched. *All I want to do is paint*. Most of the work I had to sand before I painted. His crew even put a couple of holes in walls that had to be fixed. Spackle droppings all over the hardwood floor. Had to remind crew of big repair in the garage. While the landscape clearing was very good, I was assured the patio renters put down, (without my knowledge), would be cleared and sanded. Had to pull up patio due to not having a permit. Not one grain of sand! The interior doors installed close but do not latch. Failed C/O inspection. I now have to redo. I inspected the work after Mike called stated all was done. I look under the sink in the bathroom and there was no plumbing! He sends a crew over and installs the cheapest accordion-type, (as I found out), which failed C/O inspection. Now have to redo. Plumbing for the kitchen sink fixture which was replaced had to be redone. My wife was present when Mike gave us a verbal quote which included a new front storm door. Later the storm door was not included in the email quote. Mike stated the door did not include that in the quote. His word against ours. Had to pay extra. 3 day job turned into 2 weeks. Mike was only present to drop supplies off. No supervision. Installed new toilets. The one in full bath was crooked. Mike stated according to his worker, *its due to the flange underneath*. Funny, two toilets before that were never crooked! Had new fire door install from the dining room to garage. After looking closely at it now it looks like some leftover from another job. Scrapped up. I thought it was just markings from storage tape or something. Terrible! You would think after telling Mike doing a good job here at my rental would give him, for starters, the master bath remodel job at my primary house, he would ensure top-notch quality work. His crew while amiable fellows are just handyman. I will not use QR again nor do I recommend.

Everyone was friendly, trustworthy and good work ethic. Completed project in a reasonable amount of time. Would hire Q & R again.

Q & R called me within minutes of entering my data on HomeAdvisor. Robert called and came over quickly and was able to get working on our problem immediately. He and his people came in for 9 days straight, including the weekend. Nice, hard working people who took pride in their work. The other companies responded over the subsequent two days and did not show the "hunger" that Q & R displays. As a small business owner, myself, I understand that speedy replies lead to new business. I will continue to use them when I need work done and will happily recommend them.
