Please be aware of my experience: Overwhelmed, untruthful. Appallingly bad communication. The facts: Rescheduled original dates due to persistent rain for 9am June 11. At 9:04am on June 11 receive cryptic text: Morning Scott. Calling you this morning Did not call me until 948am to advise would once again be canceling due to rain. After heated call, Robert committed to rescheduling June 14. By 9:20am June 14 no one showed. Not a word from Robert. I texted No word from your crew. What is their ETA 10am text: Calling you in 20 minutes I follow up 10:30, receive text: Stuck on parkway with tow right now. Minute please When I shared my frustration with Robert, he shrugged and said I can not control the rain. True. But you can control how you communicate with your customers. Willfully choosing to not show up without the courtesy of ANY advance communication is about as unprofessional as it gets. BTW: full transparency ? the full deposit was returned.

Work was poorly done. Terrible. Promises to fix were made over several months. Never fulfilled. Would never use this contractor.

Rob provided a fair price and outlined the work in a contract. He was very much hands on keeping us updated every step of the way. His crew was professional and did a quality job. We are very happy with Q&R and would not hesitate to use them on a future project.
