Q & R did a great job installing our tin tiles for the ceiling in our kitchen. They did a great job. The workers were very nice and always cleaned up. They were always on time, and completed the work in the amount of time predicted. Great work!!

I hired Q&R to do some plumbing work and everything came off without a hitch. I will hire them again. Well I hired them again to remodel my kitchen and it was a much different story this time. Robert was prompt and accommodating in the beginning but soon we started to experience problems and a total lack of communication... unless he wanted to get paid. When he demo-ed the kitchen he threw out our garbage disposal (which he eventually replaced). The dishwasher was left unsecured and the line ruptured flooding my basement. He took my kitchen cabinet doors to have glass inserts put in. This was never done. I had to threaten him with legal action to get the doors back. He had me order twice the amount of tile I needed for the back splash and then took all the remaining tile without telling me. When I questioned him he said he was going to return it and get me a refund. He never did. I had to once again threaten to get the tile back. I eventually returned it myself and got back over $300. The list goes on and on. Would not call me back for days at a time. Said "we're showing up today" and then wouldn't show or call. I think the worst part of the whole experience is he never finished the job. Just stopped coming and left me with a big punch list that I have to take care of. I don't know how he get's positive reviews. Must be small jobs that can be done in a day or 2 because anything long term there is bound to be problems based on my experience. Less
