Robert makes every customer feel like his only customer. Stays in constant communication and always responds.

We hired Robert for a minor addition pushing out our closet for a walk-in closet in our Bedroom. We hired him in early August of 2015 and he wrote on the Contract that he would be finished by Labor Day. By the time December 20th came around, 4.5 months later!, he finally finished the floors walls and paint but no shelves were built. We decided to pay him his remains balance just to get him out of our lives and hired another company to come in and build the shelves. That company did a phenomenal job on New Years Eve of 2015 and were in and out in 3.5 hours! Well after about two years, in January 2018, I went to get some clothes in the back of the closet that were not my day to day clothes which have been untouched. The condensation and mold buildup was awful. We called Robert and he proceeded to blame us and the Closet company stating that the nails and screws from the shelves were to blame. Classic response from a low class hack. He also proceeded to accuse us of stealing his drill which really made us laugh! He said one of his guys from the Acme parking lot said that we were the ones responsible for a missing drill. Hmmm let that sink in. LOL! Anyway, we proceeded to cut open the Sheetrock to find that the insulation work done would have been better if my 2 year old did the work. Unfortunately, google reviews won?t allow me to post pics but I will on FB shortly. The lack of insulation is causing this condensation issue and Robert refuses to own. $11k for a crap job. He does awful work and certainly doesn?t stand behind his work. Robert represents what is wrong with society. Pure Laziness always looking for shortcuts just to make a small buck.

He did not complete the work agreed upon and poor workmanship. The kitchen is still not done. Update: 06/02/2019 Poor workmanship, they installed cabinets in the kitchen with top and bottom doors not matching. Then never finished the job to get cabinet doors that were missing. Installed a cabinet wrong and the door would not open. They never fixed. Did not return phone calls when I left messages stating glue was seeping through floorboards of the wooden floor they installed. Never gave me written receipts for money that was given on jobs done. I regret hiring this company for the work needed and do not recommend anyone hiring them because they have a reputation for not completing work started.

They did a great job and they were very clean. There was one point where the hinges were a different color (silver instead of gold) and he came back a couple days later to switch them out for the correct color.

Very responsive and pleasant

Had my deck replaced but it took almost 7 weeks to complete. Deck is great looking though.
