This is a difficult review for me. I liked the QR owner. He is a very nice, genuine person who seems eager to provide his customer with solid results. He also has a nice team of workers that want to make you happy. The problem I had is that I was promised via contract a deck built in three weeks, but that ultimately took 10 weeks. Granted, this was an outdoor job and we had our fair share of rain, but that all added up to, at most, two weeks of delays. I was also promised 4-5 workers each day, yet only two showed up throughout the project. At the end of the ten weeks, I got a real nice looking deck, with a pretty bench and built-in bar, but still with some quality issues that I just had to ignore in the end. This job required far more of my attention than it should have. I had to provide Quality guidelines for things like mitered corners, loose boards, missing lattice, missing plugs, lighting, etc. There was also a design issue that we had to sort out and wound up costing me some money. QR was all but eager to please, resolve issues and move forward, but I felt that I was required for far too much of the job, to get the quality I wanted. This job demo started mid March and was to be completed end of April. It did not complete until mid-June. We missed Memorial Day Weekend. I am guessing that QR may have been overextended, backed up because of rain and maybe managing too many jobs at the same time. It became a staffing issue and also meant the QR boss could not spend enough time at each job to ensure higher quality workmanship.

Project was to remove two windows & replace with sliding glass doors, install gutter and move heater a/c vent.....project was held up due to rain...no fault of anyone's...once started was completed all in one day to our satisfaction...workers were extremely knowledgeable, professional and efficient in their work. Cleaned up all debris inside and out....Would recommend and rehire....

Replace apron entrance to driveway. Excellent service.
