Terrible communication. Took over 4 months for the job to be done, and they failed inspection twice and had to re-do the work. Owner was on-site only one day of the work. Each time I called he had excuses as to why he was not there or his workers were not there. The guys who did the job were fine, but I was not happy with the process.

DO NOT HIRE Robert K. owner of QR was hired to remove and rebuild my deck. Robert was prompt and accommodating in the beginning but soon after demolition he began to not show up unless he was getting paid and than only did bare minimum. He would promise to show up to work but would not and would not return calls. He started the job over 9 months ago and he still has several projects not finished. He over bought material for the job charged me than took it back and did not credit me. Robert then asked for more money to buy more material but never produced any nor finished the job. Last he damaged my property and never repair. He left the job incomplete. Please see other reviews you will see this is his pattern. DO NOT HIRE

We are truly sorry to see this type of rating. The truth of the matter is we did finish the initial project and were more than happy to do the additional projects the homeowner had requested of us. In the course of the original job we even did a small yard cleanup at no charge. Since these were additional projects they would need to be discussed and paid for. Again we would be more than happy to discuss the concerns with the homeowner, but he does not return our phone call. If anyone has any questions or concerns regarding this review, we would be more than happy to provide all supporting documentation and pictures in regard to this project.
