All inquiries were made directly with the owner, Rick. He offered a solution with a guarentee, and scheduled within a month. They performed the work as proposed, on-time, and even with some investigational work that they wanted to confirm, completed the job one day early.

From the very first interaction, I was blown away by Rick’s communication. He was patient, knowledgeable, and always willing to answer questions. His follow‑through and follow‑up were exceptional and truly set the tone for the entire experience. When it came time for the project, I was told the team would arrive between 7:30–8:00 a.m. each day—and they were on time every single day. The crew was professional, efficient, and respectful of my space. They completed the job in less time than originally quoted without sacrificing quality, which was greatly appreciated. At the end of each day, they made sure the work area was clean and neat. Once the job was completed, Rick walked me through everything in detail, answered all of my questions, and made it clear that I could reach out in the future if anything came up. All excellent . We liked the owner right from the start. He gave a thorough presentation with No pressure at all. The workers were courteous and did great cleaning up. The project was completed in more than a timely fashion. Rick kept us informed of everything each day. We actually had three other estimates and Precision Waterproofing was a last minute find on Angie's List. And it turned out to be the best. We would absolutely highly recommend him with no hesitation. More than extremely pleased!!

Rick is everything you'd want in a contractor. He arrived on time for his estimate appointment, thoroughly explained the work that needed to be done and completely answered all of my questions. On the day of the project, he arrived on time, explained again the work to be done, removed his shoes before entering my clean house, made multiple trips to his truck and my basement, respecting my clean house as did his helpers. The work was completed on time and the work area was left cleaner than he found it. Rick's customer service skills are some of the best I've seen in the industry. He came highly recommended by a neighbor and I now know why. Rick, if you ever branch out into plumbing, heating, roofing, etc. or please let me know. I'll be the first to line up!
