The owner, Rick, is a consummate professional. I looked at numerous potential contractors before making my decision to go with Precision. The ownerâ s belief that his business is built on positive word of mouth,, quality work, follow-through, and trustworthiness is apparent in every interaction. The fact that the owner is on site for all projects gave me peace of mind. All work was completed on time and with no surprises. Rick and his crew also performed a couple of extra work items for added value to the project at no additional cost. Again, I appreciated the customer focus and care taken with all details of the project. We had several contractors give us quotes for waterproofing, but Rick was the only contractor that addressed the issue of our concerns (cracks.)

I was referred to Rick at Precision Basements via social media specifically because I was looking for someone who would be fair and only recommend work that really needed to be done. Rick came through for sure! We only needed 1 side of the home waterproofed. Rick was thorough in his explanation of everything, prompt with communication, and timely in his execution. The crew was courteous and cleaned up thoroughly each day - which is especially appreciated because they had to use our neighborâ s driveway to do the work. Upon completion, Rick supplied a full set of photos of all the work completed and the original quote. Highly recommend.

Rick and his crew did a great job on our basement waterproofing job! The overall value of the work is excellent. I got quotes significantly higher from other companies and I doubt the quality would have been any better. I would HIGHLY recommend Precision Waterproofing.
